Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for IT services, ERP & software solutions, Microsoft 365, AMC (Managed IT Services), and IT Infrastructure solutions.
The role involves lead generation, opportunity management, quotation preparation, order conversion, and payment follow-ups, supported by structured CRM/ERP-based sales processes. Experience in selling software or ERP solutions will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for ERP, software, Microsoft 365, AMC, and IT
infrastructure services
* Create and manage sales opportunities in CRM / ERP systems
* Prepare and issue sales quotations in coordination with presales and technical teams
* Convert quotations into sales orders and ensure documentation accuracy
* Perform payment follow-ups and coordinate with finance for collections
* Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline aligned with targets
Client & Internal Coordination
* Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
* Assist in basic requirement gathering and internal coordination
* Maintain professional and timely communication with prospects and customers
CRM, Reporting & Marketing Support
* Maintain accurate CRM / ERP records (leads, opportunities, quotes, orders, payments)
* Support lead nurturing activities and follow-up campaigns
* Assist with targeted marketing campaigns (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Prepare basic sales performance reports and trackers
Solutions & Services Portfolio
* ERP & Business Software Solutions
* Microsoft 365 (Licensing & Services)
* AMC / Managed IT Services
* IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networking, Firewalls, End-User Devices)
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services / software / ERP sales
* Experience with Microsoft 365, AMC, or IT infrastructure solutions preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
* Hands-on experience with CRM / ERP systems
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Selling ERP systems, Microsoft 365, or Managed IT Services (Preferred)
* Exposure to B2B IT sales in the UAE
* Basic understanding of invoicing and payment coordination
