A rapidly growing organization in the IoT, Smart Surveillance, and Smart Infrastructure domain is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen its market presence in the CCTV and IoT solutions space. The company specializes in smart surveillance, automation, connected devices, and cloud-enabled monitoring for enterprises.
Role Overview:
This is a strategic sales leadership role for someone with strong experience in CCTV systems, IoT solutions, and electronic security products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and expanding market reach across industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and convert new business opportunities across multiple sectors (real estate, retail, manufacturing, infrastructure, etc.).
Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and system integrators.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical discussions with prospects.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions based on customer needs.
Track market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to refine strategies.
Manage sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for management review.
Ensure smooth post-sales coordination with service teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the CCTV, IoT, or electronic security systems domain.
Strong technical understanding of IP cameras, NVRs, access control systems, sensors, and cloud monitoring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales team when required.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
BE degree preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with government tenders or large enterprise accounts.
Technical certifications in surveillance or IoT technologies.
